We have had so much fun creating these specials we wanted to incorporate fresh ingredients and colour into them as well as indulgence, with lots of ideas brought to the table, we narrowed it down to:
So what's on the menu?
Big Base Breakfast Wrap with BBQ Baked Beans - Two rashers of crispy smoked back bacon, one thick pork sausage, two hash browns and a two-egg omelette in a wrap served with BBQ baked beans.
Tuna Nicoise Salad - Tuna flakes, baby potatoes, boiled eggs,
olives, sundried tomatoes, green beans, cucumber, with rocket, seeds and served with balsamic glaze.
Beetroot Hummus and Feta Salad Bowl - House-made beetroot hummus, feta cubes, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot cubes, spring onion and sweetcorn on a bed of quinoa and rocket.
Vegan Beetroot Hummus Salad Bowl - House-made beetroot hummus, roasted butternut squash, roasted red onion, croutons, tomatoes, cucumber and mixed leaves topped with seeds.
